Stephen, a Marine Corps veteran and a retiree who served for 28 years in the Central Intelligence Agency, brings his extensive technology and engineering experience and management to The Schiff Group. Throughout his career, Stephen has built an impressive track record of accomplishments as an engineer and executive manager in the fields of information technology, cyber security, communications systems, and network infrastructure engineering.
